What Youll Be Doing:
- Be the first point of contact: Provide toptier customer support via phone email and chat ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Solve and shine: Use your expertise to troubleshoot customer issues quickly and effectively creating seamless experiences for all.
- Guide and advise: Offer tailored advice helping customers make informed decisions with your indepth knowledge of our services.
- Manage bookings: Process and update reservations cancellations and changes with precision and care.
- Tackle challenges with professionalism: Address any complaints or concerns with empathy turning potential issues into opportunities for growth.
- Stay organized: Keep thorough records of customer interactions and ensure that feedback and details are properly logged.
- Collaborate with the team: Work closely with colleagues from different departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch: You are confident communicating in Dutch (written and spoken) and enjoy engaging with people.
