Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Advisor youll be the key connection between customers and the brand. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients through digital channels offering product information resolving delivery and account inquiries and ensuring accurate recordkeeping of all interactions.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Romanian residency card
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong problemsolving multitasking and communication skills
