Your Role:
As a GermanSpeaking Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our Germanspeaking customers assisting them through phone email and live chat. Youll be responsible for resolving issues answering questions and ensuring our customers have a positive experience with every interaction. Your expertise in the German language will be essential in providing highquality service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer toptier customer support to Germanspeaking clients via phone email and live chat.
- Effectively address customer inquiries resolve issues and provide detailed product information.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate solutions.
- Handle customer interactions with professionalism empathy and efficiency ensuring satisfaction at every step.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including response times issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage escalated customer concerns calmly and resolve them promptly with a focus on solutions.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes and customer service quality through feedback and suggestions.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in German (native or nearnative) and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a customer service or contact center environment is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly clear and professional approach.
- Strong problemsolving abilities especially in challenging customer scenarios.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive proactive attitude with a willingness to thrive in a fastpaced setting.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Availability to work onsite in Bucharest Romania.
