Job Title

Business Development Lead

Job Summary

As a Business Development Lead you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities building relationships with potential clients and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to close deals.

Job Responsibilities

Market Research: Identify new markets industries and client segments with high potential for growth.

Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls emails networking and other channels.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Client Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Recruitment Marketing Operations) to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics analyze performance and report results to management.

Key Requirements

  • Proven 8 to 10 years of experience in the same field.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Proven track record of successfully leading business development initiatives and achieving revenue goals.

Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing a team.

Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive and resultsdriven attitude with a strong ability to work independently.
