Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Mass Hiring Recruiter to handle highvolume hiring. You will source screen and hire candidates quickly and efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills are key for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle largescale recruitment from sourcing to hiring.
- Use job portals social media and referrals to find candidates.
- Work with hiring managers to understand job needs.
- Organize job fairs and recruitment events.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates.
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient hiring.
Requirements:
- Experience in highvolume recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Familiarity with ATS and HR software.
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field (preferred).
Preferred:
- Experience in BPO retail or manufacturing hiring.
- Strong networking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings.
