- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for streamlined recruitment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in highvolume recruitment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Indepth knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with ATS and HR software.
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field (preferred).
