Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter specializing in mass hiring. You will lead highvolume recruitment efforts manage a team and develop hiring strategies. Strong leadership communication and organizational skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee largescale recruitment projects.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
- Manage a team of recruiters to ensure hiring goals are met.
- Use job portals social media and referrals to source candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align hiring needs.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and hiring events.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for streamlined recruitment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in highvolume recruitment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Indepth knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with ATS and HR software.
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field (preferred).
Preferred:
- Experience in BPO retail or manufacturing hiring.
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to handle multiple job openings and projects simultaneously.
