This is a remote position.
Schedule:
Fulltime l 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
8am to 5pm with a 1hr unpaid lunch break
Client Timezone: Florida Time l Eastern Daylight Timezone
Responsibilities:
- Assist with client inquiries questions and emails.
- Manage calendar and schedule appointments.
- Handle data entry and document preparation.
- Refer to FAQs and company processes to answer client questions.
- Work independently and handle client concerns assertively.
- Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional client care.
- Follow up with clients and maintain client relationships.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with legal processes and client care is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and assertively handle client interactions.
- Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles is preferred.
- Comfortable referring to FAQs and company processes for accurate information.
