Responsibilities:
Sales: Handle inbound phone sales for new customers selling them on our recurring pest control agreements.
Customer Followup: Engage with leads via phone text email and follow up with potential customers who haven t yet committed. Ensure they re fully informed and persuaded about the premium services we offer.
Social Media & Marketing: Create and post engaging daily content across all social media platforms. Help drive brand awareness and sales with your creativity.
Marketing Campaigns: Assist in managing and executing marketing campaigns ensuring that they are aligned with company goals and strategies.
Social Media Management: Oversee our social media profiles responding to comments posting and ensuring timely engagement.
Monitor Online Reputation: Stay on top of online reviews and comments managing responses and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Event Organization: Organize virtual events workshops and other marketing activities.
Data Analysis: Review marketing data analyze results and provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
Admin & Support Tasks: Handle various admin tasks such as time management document organization and technical support.
Travel & Itinerary Management: Assist with planning business travel and preparing itineraries.
Experience in Sales: Previous experience in phone sales particularly in a serviceoriented industry is highly preferred. The ability to effectively communicate and persuade customers is a must.
Marketing Expertise: Experience with social media platforms and marketing campaigns is a plus. Familiarity with GoHighLevel and Slack is a big advantage!
Knowledge of Pest Control (or Ability to Learn): While general bug knowledge is a plus we are happy to train the right candidate.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for customer interactions and content creation.
Organization: You ll need to stay organized managing multiple tasks while ensuring timely responses to customers.
TechSavvy: Comfortable with various tools and software to manage sales marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
