This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Parttime: 20 hours/week flexible during business hours (Victoria Time Zone).
Reconciliation and Invoicing:
- Review and reconcile financial data
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to billing and invoicing.
Attention to Detail and Process Management:
- Follow established processes and guidelines for financial tasks.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and precision in all work.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing organizing documents and managing emails.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Data Entry:
- Enter and update data in company databases and systems.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
