Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday Friday 10am 2pm Golden Grove South Australia

Job Description

As an Admin and Lead Generation Assistant you ll play a crucial role in the growth and success of this cuttingedge online coaching business. You ll be the first point of contact for potential clients managing inquiries across various digital platforms and nurturing leads through the sales funnel. Your responsibilities will span from handling administrative tasks to supporting lead generation efforts all while utilizing stateoftheart software systems. This position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of health and fitness gaining valuable experience in digital marketing customer service and business operations. Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally across multiple platforms including Instagram email and the Trainerize app
  • Spearhead lead generation activities implementing creative strategies to attract and engage potential clients
  • Utilize the Sintra system to efficiently retrieve information and manage client data ensuring seamless operations
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the business
  • Occasionally conduct phone calls with prospective or existing clients providing exceptional customer service
  • Craft compelling responses to inquiries effectively communicating the value of our services and pricing options
  • Collaborate with the business owners to develop and implement new strategies for business growth and client retention
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and incorporate this knowledge into your communication with potential clients


Requirements

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to craft engaging and professional messages
  • Proven proficiency in social media management particularly Instagram with a keen eye for effective online engagement
  • Quick learner with the ability to master new software systems and technologies efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Basic understanding of or genuine interest in health fitness and nutrition
  • Selfmotivated individual capable of working independently and taking initiative
  • Experience in customer service or clientfacing roles is highly advantageous
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation techniques is a plus
