We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our recruitment firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication negotiation and networking skills to attract and retain clients in need of top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and secure new clients who require recruitment services including executive search staffing and HR solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls emails LinkedIn and networking events.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Prepare proposals negotiate contract terms and close deals with clients.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and recruitment market demands.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful candidate placements and client satisfaction.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain records of sales activities client interactions and revenue reports.
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Sales Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years in B2B sales recruitment HR consulting or a related industry.
- Strong sales negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated with a targetdriven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Office.
- Must have a strong network driven and hustler who is a hunter
