About this job:
QSourcing Limited trading as QSourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania Uganda Kenya Rwanda and South Sudan.
On behalf of our Tanzania based client we are looking for a competent and experienced Technical Sales Officer.
Job Purpose:
Driving sales growth developing and executing marketing strategies.
On boarding and client retention.
Building strong connection and communication with healthcare providers organizations and clients.
Reporting: Regional Manager
Job Location: DaresSalaam
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure achievement of Sales Revenue as per the set monthly targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
Drive Business Development and on boarding new clients as per targets.
Customer Retention as per set targets.
Build Brand equity and Drive Consumer Demand.
Initiate and Pursue Business leads to successful closure.
Assist with Marketing Campaigns and Promotions through online and offline platforms including social media email marketing and website content updates to drive brand awareness.
Organize CMEs with Key Stakeholders for successful client satisfaction programs.
Market Research Conversion of insights into deployable initiatives and offerings.
Requirements
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the Healthcare Industry or related sector with speciality in laboratory services(Microbiology Pathology Biotechnology or Laboratory services).
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Healthcare Management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of healthcare products services and the healthcare ecosystem.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
Excellent sales and marketing skills.
Knowledge on Healthcare Industry.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess market data and trends.
Knowledge of the latest trends in healthcare technology.
Collaboration and Teamwork skills.
High Ethical Judgment and Integrity.
