Job Description
Credit risk assessment conduct thorough credit checks on the customer such as their ability to pay for the goods/products.
Recruiting new customers
Negotiate credit terms and conditions with customers.
To arrange payment plans and negotiate payment arrangements with the customer
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
Prepare regular reports on credit and collections activities.
Collections are made on time
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in credit and collections preferably in agriculture microfinance and marketing and sales sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet targets
- Ability to work with SMEs
