Job Description for Ecommerce Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Shopify store
- Update and maintain product listings ensuring accurate descriptions and pricing
- Manage inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers on product availability
- Handle customer support inquiries and manage orderrelated communications
- Conduct product research to identify new trends and potential offerings
- Assist with basic social media activities to promote products
Requirements:
- Experience managing a Shopify store or similar ecommerce platform
- Strong understanding of ecommerce operations and best practices
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle complex inquiries
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and product promotion
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
