About the Job
- Proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines, screens resumes, and conducts reference checks by posting job ads through job boards, social media, and employment agencies if needed.
- Acts as an Employer Branding Champion, building relations with relevant Universities, Institutes, identifies, and plans participation in relevant career fairs.
- Reviews Job Descriptions with hiring managers and department managers before posting job ads internally/externally.
- Maintains a database of shortlisted candidates for all functions/business units.
- Prepares offer letters for the selected candidate(s) as per approved terms and conditions
- Tracks the progress of appointees until their joining & provides company information/answers queries as required.
- Coordinates the process of reference & background checks of short-listed candidates and checks their education record/documents.
- Regularly evaluates the sourcing channel effectiveness of recruitment sources including various media sources based on past performance/response.
- Prepares regular recruitment status reports.
- Induction /orientation of new employees.
ODResponsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Advises departments on competency-based management systems.
- Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
- Work with other departments in diagnosing problems and setting departmental objectives based on company’s objectives, then create training programs to meet those goals
- Prepare and consolidate all promotions recommendations based on performance results and verify the eligibility with the HRManager for decision making
Job Requirements
- Should possess a degree from a recognized university (preferably with HR qualifications)
- Minimum 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience in a large corporation
- Fluent in English
- Strong Communication skills.
- Experience in OD is preferred.
