Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing administrative and operational support for the Governance and Vendor Management
- Ensuring adherence to the group IT Governance
- Driving Group Governance policy
- Facilitating governance standards self-assessments, gap analysis and implementation
- Keeping IT Leadership informed and updated with governance activities, policies and
- Assisting with reporting for Group Governance
- Working with the CIO, IT Senior Managers and key IT stakeholders to facilitate IT audit execution together with internal and external
- Financial management for all IT suppliers including reconciliation of
- Ensuring adherence to Supplier Management
- Assisting service owners with supplier relationship management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, or equivalent
- ITIL foundation certification would be
Relevant Skills / Experience:
- 2 - 3 years of relevant Information Technology, Risk Management, Internal or External Audit
- Extensive experience in working in the CIO or IT related division will be advantageous
- Intermediate knowledge of:
- Financial management
- Supplier management
- IT Governance Framework to ensure regulatory compliance requirements are embedded within governance
- Experience with client delivery and incident
- Experience with reporting and
