o Design a cohesive Job Architecture framework with new or updated job families career progression pathways detailed job profiles and competency models.
o Collaborate with HR and operational leaders to integrate the Job Architecture with other talent management initiatives like performance management learning and development and succession planning.
o Develop an implementation roadmap and change management plan to roll out the new Job Architecture across the organization.
o 8 years of experience in organization design and job architecture development with a strong background in the construction industry.
o Deep understanding of job evaluation methodologies competency modeling and talent management best practices.
o Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present clear datadriven recommendations.
o Proven track record of collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams including senior executives.
o Effective communication and facilitation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable plans.
o Familiarity with change management principles and leading largescale organizational transformation initiatives.
o Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Business Human Resources or a related field; masters degree preferred.
