Job Description
Work setup: Hybrid (3x a week RTO in Mall of Asia Pasay)
Shift Schedule: Day Shift
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors/College Degree in Financial Management Economics Accounting or other related business course
- 3yrs experience in Financial Services (EndtoEnd General Accounting USGAAP)
- Experience preparing Financial Statements
- Must have a fund accounting background
- Knowledge/Understanding of Loan and Credit
- Good communication skills
- Should have an understanding of general accounting principles including financial statements
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify client reports reconcile financial discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Monitor portfolio quality manage client transitions and reconcile funding requests to detect and address irregularities Train new hires assist in daily operations and collaborate on process improvements to enhance team efficiency
- Provide backup support during associate absences and assist leadership in special projects and report reviews Regularly engage with leadership to propose and implement changes that enhance operational efficiency.
