The SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) Accountant will perform the functions outlined below:
- Assist with onboarding of new thirdparty administrators
- Review financial statements for SPV entities to confirm P&L and positions are in line with expectations
- Reconcile investment accounting and position data to third party outputs to ensure deals are onboarded correctly
- Perform reconciliations between existing accounting software and thirdparty systems to ensure expectations are being
- met during parallel testing
- Maintain and monitor exceptions errors and process changes during onboarding
- Monitor reconciliation between third party systems and street bank / custodian accounts
- Assist in creating tax and / or participation documents to facilitate onboarding deals to future state systems
- Assist in building out new structures in master data management platform
- Facilitate data and SPV documentation transfers between relevant parties
- Partner with broader global operations team to design controls reporting and oversight model of thirdparty

Requirements
- Accounting degree or equivalent
- 2 5 years of work experience within financial services preferably to SPV accounting and / or private fund accounting
- Strong math and analytical skills required with attention to detail
- Personal characteristics of selfconfidence resourcefulness selfmotivation and discipline
