Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Bank reconciliation and other General Ledger and Balance sheet reconciliations
- Processing Credit card transactions and intercompany transactions
- Full AP/AR management
- Ensure timely issue of revenue invoices in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Highly motivated capable of multitasking and willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Someone who takes a proactive approach to all tasks
- Other ad hoc accounting duties
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in Australian accounting preferably in a Finance Officer or Senior Accountant role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting Finance and/or Commerce
- Strong written and verbal English
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate skills)
- Tech savvy and able to learn new software programs quickly
