Job Description
- Support daytoday operational settlement and administrative matters
- Trade capture of loan profile schedules and cashflows
- Execution of drawdowns rollovers and trade settlements with Facility Agents / Custodians
- Liaison with Transaction Administrator to reconcile cashflow schedules and monitor settlement activities
- Preparation of payment notices monitoring of repayments of the loans and bond investments
- Following up on nonreceipts and trade discrepancies
- Processing and settlement of treasury transactions
- Support system testing and other adhoc tasks
- Finetuning developing procedures and work processes
- Participate in projects system enhancements and other adhoc tasks
- Proven capability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with Intermediate Excel skills (Can use the functions vlookup if and or sumif and pivot tables).
Requirements
- Graduate of Accounting Financial Management or have a business degree with 12 units of accounting
- 23 years experience handling private loans or commercial loans.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with Intermediate Excel skills. (Can use the functions vlookup if and or sumif and pivot tables)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven capability to meet tight deadlines
