Job Description:
Marketplace Management:
- Oversee business operations on Amazon Flipkart Myntra Cloudtail and other marketplace channels.
- Develop and implement ecommerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage product listings cataloging and seller accounts.
- Collaborate with category managers resolve customer complaints and handle returns.
- Negotiate and align pricing strategies across all emarkets.
Website Management:
- Create and maintain website content ensuring product pages prices and information are accurate and uptodate.
- Design highconverting landing pages keywordrich pages and news articles to drive traffic and sales.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze weekly monthly quarterly and yearly sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and share detailed MIS reports.
- Measure and report ROI for all marketing activities.
Agency and Vendor Coordination:
- Manage ecommerce agencies evaluate performance and address disputes and cases.
- Coordinate with vendors and account managers to optimize operations.
Inventory and Logistics:
- Oversee inventory management including shipment creation removals and sales forecasting.
- Prepare orders for production and maintain optimal stock levels.
Marketing and Content Management:
- Develop and execute channel marketing plans in collaboration with agencies.
- Track and analyze marketing performance to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Conduct competitor analysis to maintain competitive product visibility.
- Analyze etailer websites and recommend improvements for content and execution.
Customer Experience and Feedback:
- Monitor and address online customer feedback and service queries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all internal websiterelated issues.
New Launches and Expansion:
- Plan and execute the launch of new etailers and marketplaces.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
- Expertise in managing P&L for ecommerce businesses.
- Experience in PPC and SEO campaign management including implementation and monitoring.
- Ability to collaborate across internal (sales backoffice accounts operations) and external (agencies vendors customers) stakeholders.
- Advanced content management skills and proficiency in handling advertising spends.
