Job Description
Serve as the SPOC for operational concerns and issues from restaurant partners
Work directly with our restaurant partners to ensure timely execution of menu updates & promos
Coordinate with restaurant partners for the continuous improvement of their operational efficiency
Contribute to optimizing and streamlining restaurantrelated internal systems and processes
Qualifications :
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Economics Business Mathematics Engineering or any other quantitative similar field from top universities
- Preferably with at least 1 year of account management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Process oriented with attention to detail
- Can handle multiple touchpoints at once and manage time effectively
- Pleasant personality high level of enthusiasm and commitment
- Team player selfmotivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Required language(s): English and Filipino
