Job Description
This is a remote position.
Conduct cold calls to hospitals and healthcare companies to identify staffing needs
Generate new leads and nurture existing ones to expand the client base
Penetrate accounts to uncover opportunities for temporary healthcare staffing
Qualify leads and gather information about prospects staffing requirements
Maintain and update the company s lead database
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and articulate healthcare staffing needs
Strong phone presence and cold calling experience
Basic understanding of the healthcare industry
Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead tracking tools
Scope:
Parttime position starting at 20 hours per week
Potential to increase to fulltime based on performance
