Monday to Friday
8:30am to 5:30pm PST (12:30AM to 9:30AM Manila time) with 1 hr unpaid break

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
Gather trip details and traveler preferences
Recommend customized vacation packages and itineraries
Process booking changes payments and updates
Enter customer and booking data into agency systems
Provide exceptional service to delight customers
Requirements
Proven experience in customer support or travel industry roles
Proven experience in sales
Strong communication and active listening abilities
Excellent problemsolving and multitasking skills
Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
