Position : Customer Support Phone Agent
Work Hours : Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST
Holidays : US holidays
Pay Range : $1000 to $1250 per month
Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones: Efficiently handle incoming calls from patients addressing inquiries scheduling appointments and providing necessary information regarding our services.
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and manage patient appointments using our scheduling system ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking appointments while accommodating patient preferences and physician availability.
- Patient Assistance: Assist patients with basic inquiries provide guidance on appointment preparations and offer support in navigating our practice's procedures and protocols.
- Administrative Support: Collaborate with the administrative team to maintain accurate patient records update information as necessary and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide compassionate and courteous service to all patients demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- FollowUp: Conduct followup calls to confirm appointments gather feedback on patient experiences and address any postappointment inquiries or concerns.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Strong Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to deliver highquality customer service with a focus on empathy patience and professionalism.
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with EMR System is preferred
- Knowledge in Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine is beneficial
