This is a remote position.
Role Name: Ecommerce & Digital Content Specialist
- Parttime (20 hours per week) Monday to Friday 12pm to 4pm Brisbane time (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM PHT)

We re seeking a talented Ecommerce & Digital Content Specialist to join our growing team in a parttime capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and enhance our online presence while contributing to the growth of our digital retail operations. You ll be working with a specialized ecommerce platform (Marapost) and handling various aspects of digital content management graphic design and administrative support. This position is perfect for a creative individual who enjoys the intersection of ecommerce design and customer service.
- Manage and maintain the ecommerce website ensuring all content is uptodate and accurately displayed
- Upload and optimize new product listings including images descriptions and pricing
- Create engaging graphic designs for website content promotional materials and digital assets
- Handle product catalog management and inventory updates
- Perform regular website maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance
- Assist with daytoday administrative tasks to support business operations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience in ecommerce website management and content updates
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Clear communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred:
- Experience with Marapost ecommerce platform
