About the role:
We are looking for someone who brings 57 years of experience in HR and good with HR Operations. The HR Manager will be taking care of compliance KEKA conflict resolution payroll POSH knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures including employee onboarding performance management and compensation.
- Utilize KEKA to streamline HR processes and generate accurate reports.
- Resolve conflicts effectively and foster a positive work environment.
- Manage payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on various HRrelated matters.
Requirements:
- 57 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on HR operations.
- Excellent knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in using KEKA or similar HR software.
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
- Experience with employee relations and investigations.
