Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with atleast 3 years managerial experience to join our client s dynamic team. As a HRBP you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders providing strategic HR support and ensuring alignment with the company s objectives. Your role will be integral in driving employee engagement talent management and organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Handling labour contracts and Ajeer Agreement is a must
2) Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and offer tailored HR solutions.
3) Drive performance management processes providing guidance on coaching feedback and development plans.
4) Support recruitment efforts including talent acquisition and onboarding.
5) Manage employee relations ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
6) Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
7) Analyze HR metrics and trends to support datadriven decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
1) 3 years managerial experience as an HRBP
2) Strong understanding of HR practices policies and local labor laws.
3) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4) Proven ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
5) Experience in talent management employee relations and performance management.
