Job Description
How you might spend your days:
You will have varied workdays in a dynamic environment with broad contact to the organization both in India and in Denmark. More specifically your key responsibilities will be to:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
- Coaching and Consulting: Provide coaching to managers on leadership and HR best practices
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by helping to manage the people side of change
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues lead initiatives that foster an inclusive work environment promoting diversity belonging and engagement across the organisation
- Performance Management: Guide and support managers in performance management processes including appraisals and feedback
- Talent Management: Assist in identifying and developing key talent within the organization including succession planning and career development
- HR Policy Development: Create and update HR policies to ensure compliance with current laws and alignment with business goals
- Data Analysis: Use HR metrics and data to inform decisionmaking and improve HR processes

- A degree within HR Business Administration or alike
- Minimum 15 years of experience within HR with solid business expertise organizational development change management succession and talent management knowledge.
- Proven experience within Business Partnering
