Job Summary
The HR BP will have a combined responsibility of leading full spectrum of HR Operations for the business and act as an HR business partner for the chosen business functions of Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence which entail responsibilities of seamless execution and effectiveness of HR processes planning and building organization capability coaching developing the team / enhance teams skillset to meet the requirements of its stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
In the capacity of HR business partner the role partners with business and human resources teams in the planning and implementation of human resources initiatives and policies for the organization. Also leads HR operations with effectiveness and efficiency on a range of human resources processes and is responsible for overall operational effectiveness and compliance with company policies and applicable legislation. Drive HR functional excellence through deployment of Eaton programs ensuring quality of process and alignment with the Eaton Business System.
Business Partnering
Act as a Business Partner communicating strategies to business stakeholders support business leadership team and stakeholders including areas such as employee engagement and culture transformation
Build effective relationships with all key stake holders coach guide and advise managers for employees issues.
Handle and manage difficult employee relations terminations exits employee issues disciplinary actions/process in accordance to labor law and employee grievances.
Implement global and regional employee policies processes and benefits effectively.
Work effectively with regional HR team on escalations support needed global initiatives and projects. Participate in screening and recruitment of new employees including onboarding orientation exit interviews Provide assistance on compensation and benefits administration Investigate and resolve employee relations issue.
This position will have an employee span of 100 employees to meet functional and corporate objectives support respective teams for establishing and maintaining right environment and culture assess organizational effectiveness partner on talent acquisition development and retention plans.
Manages end to end hiring process for given function with focus on hiring right talent partnering with hiring managers work closely with Talent Acquisition Center and analyze hiring metrics that measure the success of staffing efforts for both permanent as well as contractual Hiring. Champion talent acquisition; ensure that positions are filled quickly with the best talent working closely with corporate staffing centers.
Drive positive employee relations to provide an optimal work environment for all employees working in different shifts. Effectively deploy development and application of policies practices and programs that drive employee involvement and ownership.
Exemplify and lead Eaton values philosophy and ethics.
Partner with local and remote peers including HR Business Partners TAC EU HRS team and HR site leads to work collaboratively share best practices leverage projects and learnings and drive consistency in programs
