Overview:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) at our CMMI Level 3 IT company plays a critical role in aligning HR strategy with business goals. They act as a consultant and partner to senior management to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with business objectives
- Advise and coach business leaders on HR best practices and people management
- Conduct workforce planning and talent management initiatives
- Lead and support change management initiatives
- Drive employee engagement and retention programs
- Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Facilitate performance management and succession planning processes
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the HR team to deliver training and development programs
- Compile and analyze HR metrics for strategic decisionmaking
- Participate in CMMI Level 3 compliance activities related to HR
- Contribute to diversity equity and inclusion initiatives
- Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk related to employment practices
- Support mergers acquisitions and integration activities
- Advocate for employee wellness and worklife balance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
- 5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles practices and employment law
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence business leaders
- Experience in leading organizational change initiatives
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and programs
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- HR certification such as SHRMCP or HRCISPHR is preferred
- Experience in a CMMI Level 3 or higher environment is a plus
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
- Understanding of diversity equity and inclusion best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
