Overview:
The HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) plays a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This role serves as a consultant to management on human resourcerelated issues while acting as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HRrelated needs communicating proactively with the HR department and business management and seeks to develop integrated solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consulting with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Developing and initiating HR activities that support organizational objectives
- Managing and resolving employee relations issues
- Assessing and anticipating HRrelated needs
- Coaching and supporting managers in carrying out their responsibilities
- Facilitating organizational changes and managing change effectively
- Developing revising and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Identifying and implementing training and development programs
- Managing and supporting talent acquisition and retention programs
- Supporting the organizations performance management process
- Analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions programs and policies
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
- Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Serving as an employee champion and change agent
- Assessing and anticipating HRrelated needs
- Supporting the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on employee relations performance management and organizational development
- Demonstrated understanding of HR policies programs and management systems
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Proven ability to diagnose problems using critical thinking skills and identify strategic solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in change management and driving organizational change
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with all levels of the organization
- Experience working in a fastpaced highgrowth environment
- SHRM certification is a plus
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel as needed
- Demonstrated ability to function independently with a high level of selfmotivation and initiative
- Experience in consulting or similar advisory roles is preferred
