Zonal HRBP Senior Manager/AVP
The Organization is a wellestablished and a wellknown name in Broking Industry.
Purpose:
The person will be responsible for Handling the overall HR activities in North East and Central zone.
The person will be driving Organizational success through strategic HR initiatives by Collaborating with leadership teams implementing HR best practices and foster a positive workplace culture within a specific geographic zone.
Adept at addressing HR challenges optimizing talent management and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
KRAs:
Business Partnering
Handling HR function in North East and Central Zone with the team
Strategizing annual HR plans and manpower budgets; collaborating with management for manpower planning resourcing deploying and expansion
Performing the recruitment function; sourcing candidates from multiple channels to attract the best talent
Drive the recruitment process ensuing right talent is hired through various hiring strategies initiated and implemented at Zone.
Designing and planning induction and orientation plans which include communicating the job roles and individual KRAs to the employees
Formulating the KPIs /KRAs/PMS/Goal Sheets for the appraisal process and ensuring the pay hikes are inline with company standards
Processing and verifying the payroll records preparing salary processing reports for ensuring the disbursements of salary in time
Planning employee engagements & development programs; resolving employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations
Ensuring HR presence and impact in the zone by working closely with Business Managers and aligning the HR strategy with business and function.
Talent cycle management including acquisition and onboarding program.
Driving HR Operations Excellence through the team.
Driving Retention Strategy at Zone. Succession planning for all critical roles in the organization.
Driving performance management & review process at Zone and ensure on time completion.
Driving and execute all L&D interventions.
Employee engagement agenda for the year created and executed.
Ensuring employees remain engaged round the year.
Roll out various Employee Connect programs analyses and act on feedback received.
Handling employee relation issues conflict resolution employee disciplinary issues and ensuring a positive work environment.
An MBA with 10-15 years experience as HRBP in Broking Industry.
