Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and amp; Planning:
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the assigned targets for the zone.
  3. Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with the companys goals and AWSs regional strategy.
  4. Identify market trends customer needs and competitive activities to position AWS solutions effectively.
  5. Set clear sales targets for the sales team and monitor progress against them.
  6. Team Leadership and amp; Development:
  7. Manage mentor and motivate a team of sales managers and executives within the zone.
  8. Conduct regular performance reviews provide feedback and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  9. Ensure that the team is aligned with company values and sales goals.
  10. Sales Operations Management:
  11. Oversee daytoday sales operations within the zone ensuring timely execution of sales plans.
  12. Monitor and manage sales pipelines sales forecasts and budget allocations.
  13. Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
  14. Cooperate with AWS teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies promotional initiatives and sales targets.
  15. Participate in joint customer engagements AWS partner events and coselling opportunities
  16. Customer Relationship Management:
  17. Build and maintain relationships with key clients ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  18. Handle highlevel negotiations and resolve any critical customer issues.
  19. Ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients within the zone.
  20. Market Intelligence and amp; Competition Analysis:
  21. Track and report on sales metrics challenges pipeline status and market feedback to senior management.
  22. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop localized campaigns and promotions.
  23. Compliance and amp; Reporting:
  24. Ensure all sales activities are compliant with company policies industry regulations and legal requirements.
  25. Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
  26. Maintain accurate records of sales performance customer feedback and market data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or IT(MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (8 years) in IT cloud sales
  • Experience managing a large team of sales professionals across multiple locations.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process customer relationship management and market dynamics in the assigned zone.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive operational excellence.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS services cloud deployment models and cloud cost management.
