We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to lead and drive sales in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in FMCG sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets managing a sales team and expanding market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Lead train and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities to drive business growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors retailers and key clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports forecasts and performance metrics.
- Ensure proper stock management and supply chain coordination.
- Handle customer queries complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns effectively.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry compliance standards.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in FMCG sales preferably in a managerial role.
- Experience in handling sales territories dealer networks and distribution channels.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and market visits.
- Strong understanding of the local FMCG market dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
Customer Interaction: Handle customer issues professionally, ensuring a customer-first approach. Empower the team to prioritize customer needs and recommend products effectively. Team Leadership: Excel in a customer-facing role, leveraging strong product knowledge. Communicate clearly with the team, setting goals, and providing regular feedback to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Operational Management: Collaborate with the store manager to develop the team effectively. Manage sales targets, minimize waste, and maintain adept stock management. Scheduling and Maintenance: Ensure efficient team scheduling and uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Address in-store maintenance and emergency issues promptly and efficiently. Standards Compliance: Uphold food safety standards and confidently manage DM & AD standards during inspections.
