Job Description
1. Interact with Class X to XII Commerce Students and their parents.
2. Interact with faculty members to discuss or resolve students queries.
3. Interact with schools heads as and when needed.
4. Therefore paid trips might be required for meeting group of students or school heads. A senior person would mostly accompany & safety standards would be met and discussed beforehand.
5. Discuss and understand the current situation and requirements of a student and suggest suitable career paths.
6. Students for whom CA Foundation and/or commerce coaching is suitable should be convinced and their final admission ensured.
7. Should plan execute and report at a daily weekly and monthly level.
8. Should regularly update self about the course and competition.
9. Should create reels and videos about latest developments or any such requirements.
Requirements
Minimum Education:
Graduate. Post graduate preferred.
Minimum Experience:
1 yrs
Maximum Experience:
25 yrs
Skills Required:
1.Communication skills: Face to face whatsapp telephonic and written. Other associated skills: confidence pleasant personality calm composure ability to handle criticism and customer management.
2. Experience of working in education field. Preferably with the same TG(X to XII class commerce students) geography(Indore) and market(CA Foundation Coaching) as ours.
3. Should be able to train supervise and work in coordination with Tele callers.
4. Should be hardworking as he/she would be required to update themselves with any development in the CA Foundation course competition landscape or students & parents needs & aspirations.
5. Should be camera friendly and comfortable in creating reels/YouTube videos.
6. Should be tech friendly.

Office Timings: 10AM to 7PM
