Role Overview:
We re looking for a Growth Associate to strategize and run campaigns that engage buyers and users across various channels. The ideal candidate has experience in segmenting audiences by user type industry and company. Familiarity with ML Engineers Data Scientists and Software Developers is a big plus as is prior work at a devtool company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fastmoving environments executes swiftly and iterates often. You ll focus on creating impactful campaigns managing digital initiatives fostering community engagement and blending inperson experiences with digital marketing to build a strong brand presence.
Responsbilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement campaigns across digital platforms including social media email SEO/SEM and paid ads.
- Create content strategies that resonate with our target personas.
- Launch and manage digital ads to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Audience Segmentation:Segment audiences by type industry and company to tailor messaging.
- Leverage analytics to refine targeting and improve campaign outcomes.
- Customize content to address the specific needs of different segments.
- Community Building:Strengthen our online community and boost engagement across platforms.
- Integrate offline experiences like events and webinars with digital outreach.
- Build loyalty by interacting with community members and fostering advocacy.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization:Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Run A/B tests to enhance messaging and platform delivery.
- Share insights through regular reports and suggest actionable improvements.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing and growth with a focus on:
- Software infrastructure companies
- Devtool companies
- B2B SaaS companies
- Proven track record in running campaigns developing content and managing ads.
- Strong data analysis and audience segmentation skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like CRMs analytics and email platforms.
- Excellent multitasking and contextswitching abilities.
