We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Growth to lead and drive user acquisition engagement and retention strategies. This role will be responsible for shaping growth initiatives expanding our user base and playing a pivotal role in partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive growth strategy across various target segments. Develop datadriven strategies for user acquisition activation retention and monetization.
- User Acquisition and Marketing: Lead online and offline user acquisition campaigns focusing on expanding the ecosystem globally. Design and execute growth experiments to optimize marketing channels including SEO PPC content marketing partnerships and referral programs.
- Community Building & Engagement: Collaborate with the community and product teams to foster a thriving user community. Drive community engagement initiatives ensuring consistent user feedback is incorporated into growth strategies.
- Partnership Development: Identify and build strategic partnerships with blockchain protocols DeFi platforms and gaming ecosystems to promote integration and drive user growth. Establish partnerships with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand awareness.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with product design and engineering teams to effectively implement usercentric growth approaches. Align growth efforts with product development for an optimized user experience.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key growth metrics and campaign performance providing actionable insights to optimize growth strategies. Develop regular reports and present progress and effectiveness of growth initiatives to executive leadership.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years in growth marketing user acquisition or a related role preferably within Web3.
- Expertise: Proven track record of driving user growth in digital products and managing highimpact marketing campaigns.
- Community Focus: Experience working with communities especially within Web3 crypto or gaming to foster engagement and growth.
- Partnerships: Strong network and ability to establish key partnerships within the blockchain space.
- DataDriven: Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of growth metrics and the ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Creative Problem Solver: Ability to think outside the box and innovate offering creative growth solutions.
- Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and developing highperforming teams.
