Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing executing and evaluating QA methods to ensure that products compliance to standard drawing and customer specific requirements. Implementation and surveillance of QMS/ IMS across the organization according to business strategy and requirements.
- Responsible to Develop implement and sustain ISO 9001 ISO 13485 ISO 14001 IATF 16949 AS 9100. In company under him & entire organization and report directly to Managing director.
- To ensure quality management systems are established implemented and maintained at all levels relevant to standards ISO 9001 ISO 13485 ISO 14001 IATF 16949 AS 9100 and if any need by the organization.
- Responsible to maintain objective analysis data from all department heads after then review & update for continual improvement.
- To provide awareness training to staff like IPC standard Safety and regarding QMS.
- To ensure periodic internal audits as per requirements of the quality management system.
- Ensure Quality objective/ process measurable data maintained at all department & update for continual improvement.
- To analysis of the internal audit results and closure monitoring of the same
- To organize and manage the management review meeting on defined agenda points in line with quality management system.
- Acting as the main point of contact on all QMS audit and certification matters internally and externally.
- To coordinate with concerned agencies on the matter of quality management system.
- To organize and impart functional training to all concerned on quality management system.
- To control and issue integrated system documents and amendments.
- To ensure promotion of customer requirements throughout the organization.
- Report to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement.
- Monitor training need to staff/ workers like IPC standard Safety and regarding QMS/EMS HSMS awareness.
- Promote Kaizen and Lean Culture.
- Ensure for conducting internal audits and submitting data to top management & in MRM for review and actions and risk assessment schedule.
- Monitoring and measuring corrective / preventive actions including improvements taken in consideration during MRM for further actions
- Coordinate and execute external certification and customers audit.
- Control of QA activities & providing assurance that customers requirements as well as applicable standards requirements have been met.
- Developing and implementing the Quality departments strategy to ensure it meets the business requirements and customer deliverables as well as ensuring the departmental performance against goals.
