Vice President of Sales

Senior Sales Leadership Position

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization in driving revenue growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies while building and managing highperforming sales teams.

Core Experience:

  • Luxury Apartment Sales Experience

  • Channel Partner Network Activation

  • Channel Partner Events

  • Overall Sales Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market share objectives

Lead and inspire a team of sales directors managers and representatives across multiple regions or product lines

Create and optimize sales processes methodologies and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Establish sales forecasts resource requirements and revenue projections in collaboration with executive leadership

Build and maintain relationships with key clients strategic partners and industry stakeholders

Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

Required Qualifications:

10 years of progressive sales experience with at least 5 years in sales leadership roles

Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving business growth

Experience in building training and developing successful sales teams

Strong understanding of sales technologies CRM systems and sales analytics tools

Leadership Competencies:

Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute longterm sales strategies

Team Building: Excellence in recruiting developing and retaining top sales talent

Performance Management: Strong track record of driving team performance and accountability

Business Acumen: Deep understanding of market dynamics and financial metrics

Innovation: Ability to implement new sales approaches and adapt to changing market conditions

Sales Management Skills:

Expert knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices

Strong understanding of sales forecasting and pipeline management

Excellence in contract negotiations and relationship building

Proficiency in sales analytics and performance metrics

Experience with CRM platforms and sales technology stack
