What qualities you should have
- Very strong work ethic
- Ability to work with code & automation (you dont necessarily be a software developer but you should know your way around building scripts and automations we use Airtable scripts for the same)
- Manage an operations team
- Not looking for strategy folks; we want someone who can get their hands dirty and execute themselves.
What work will you do
You will run campaigns (email/phone) to convert customers
You will build a system to sift through all jobs posted anywhere on the internet and build a leads pipeline from it.
Run all things growth and demand generation
