Job Description
Job Description: Java Lead Developer (36 Years Experience)
Location: Hybrid Work Model All Brillio Locations (Bangalore Pune Hyderabad Chennai Gurugram)
Job Type: FullTime
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Javabased applications using Spring Framework and other related technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Architect develop and maintain robust and scalable solutions.
- Write efficient welldocumented and reusable code following best practices.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining highquality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues perform debugging and optimize performance.
- Work in an Agile environment participate in sprint planning standups and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g. QA UI/UX) for smooth integration and deployment.
- Utilize SQL for databaserelated tasks such as writing queries designing schemas and optimizing database performance.
Mandatory Skills:
- Java: Strong proficiency in Java including experience with objectoriented design and multithreading.
- Spring Framework: Indepth experience in Spring Core Spring Boot Spring MVC and Spring Security.
- SQL: Solid experience in writing complex SQL queries understanding database design and optimizing performance.
