We are looking for a motivated and talented Growth Associate specializing in Inbound Sales to join our team in Bangalore. In this role you will focus on converting inbound leads into loyal customers by understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions that add value.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to inbound leads and inquiries qualifying prospects based on their needs and alignment with our offerings.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential customers guiding them through the sales journey.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine lead qualification criteria and enhance conversion rates.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions sales progress and other relevant information in CRM systems.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets contributing to the overall success of the team.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in inbound sales or a related role with demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing targets.
- Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly identify customer pain points and deliver effective tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software to manage leads and track progress.
- Strong problemsolving abilities with a customercentric mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in specific industry/domain if applicable is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools like e.g. HubSpot Salesforce is a plus.
- Bachelor s degree in business marketing or a related field.
