As a Growth Associate you will play a pivotal role in driving product launches and marketing strategies for new clients. You will be responsible for identifying which products from our suite to launch and pitch tailoring the strategy based on the client s industry median salary and other employee demographics. This role requires client interaction and onground sales efforts making it ideal for someone who can manage both strategic planning and direct client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Product & Strategy Identification: Analyze client data (e.g. industry employee demographics and salary range) to determine the most suitable products to launch and pitch.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients after deal closure to gather information and prepare for product launch ensuring the launch is aligned with the client s employee profile and business needs.
- Marketing Asset Management: Develop and manage marketing assets such as pitch decks emailers webinars and communications plans to support product rollout and client engagement.
- Product Launch Management: Coordinate the launch of Refyne s salary advance product in new client organizations ensuring all necessary assets and communications are in place.
- OnGround Sales & Promotions: Organize and lead offline promotional sessions at client locations to drive awareness and encourage employee signups aiming to achieve critical mass adoption.
- DataDriven Expansion: Use insights from initial signups and feedback to guide further expansion efforts across the client s workforce.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with the marketing sales and product teams to refine messaging and strategy based on client feedback market trends and employee data.
Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in growth marketing client engagement or product marketing.
- Strong ability to analyze client and employee data to tailor product and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with internal teams.
- Handson experience in managing endtoend product launches and conducting offline promotional activities.
- Ability to adapt marketing strategies based on varying client profiles and employee demographics.
