Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and customerfocused individual to join as a Customer Sales Associate at a Supermarket. The role involves providing exceptional customer service maintaining store organization and handling product information. You will also be responsible for managing the liquor section and performing cashier duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Promote products and offer sales assistance to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves ensuring products are wellstocked and displayed.
- Regularly check product expiry dates and maintain an accurate expiry register.
- Handle liquor section operations with care adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.
- Perform cashier duties processing payments efficiently and accurately.
- Manage any damaged or expired products and handle them appropriately.
- Assist with other store duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Age: Below 35 years.
- Minimum education: 10th / 12th
- Experience in retail sales with at least 23 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of liquor handling (at least 1 year of experience).
- A valid 2W/4W/Commercial driving license is mandatory.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with retail management systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
