Job Description
Job Title: Associate Strategic Planning
Location: Delhi
Experience: 7 to 9 years
Reporting to: Executive Planning Director
Team Size: Part of a team of 810 with 12 direct reports
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Associate Strategic Planning to independently lead strategy planning and development for a set of brands and business units. The role requires expertise in market research data analysis and strategic planning to create strong brand propositions and creative briefs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic planning initiatives for assigned brands.
- Analyze primary and secondary market data to derive key insights.
- Conduct market research including qualitative and insight mining studies.
- Develop strategic plans and brand roadmaps based on business KPIs.
- Translate insights into compelling brand propositions and creative briefs.
- Collaborate with both ATL branding and digital marketing teams.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 79 years of experience in strategic planning market research or brand strategy.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry (preferred) or a keen interest in the sector.
- Expertise in market research methodologies and insightdriven strategy development.
- Proficiency in brand strategy digital marketing and business KPIdriven planning.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
