Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to generate Real Estate leads through various digital channels.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimize marketing campaigns accordingly.
Manage and optimize website content ensuring it is engaging userfriendly and optimized for search engine visibility.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective leadnurturing campaigns and materials.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing preferably in the Real Estate industry.
Strong knowledge of online marketing tools and platforms including SEO social media advertising and email marketing.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
