Job Description

Overview

The RNFL PCU (Progressive Care Unit) plays a vital role in providing specialized nursing care to patients who require close monitoring and treatment in a progressive care setting. This unit sits between the intensive care unit (ICU) and the general medicalsurgical floors serving patients with complex conditions who need a higher level of care than regularly offered on a standard floor but do not require intensive care. RNs in this position will manage a wide range of patient needs ensuring safety implementing care plans and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.


Available Shifts:
Nights (Rotating Weekends) (7p7a) *More Openings for Nights *Higher Need
Days (Rotating Weekends) (7A7p)

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license for the state of Florida.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or an Associates degree with clinical experience.
  • Minimum of 1 years of acute care nursing experience preferably in a PCU or ICU setting.
