Job Description

Overview

The RNFL PCU (Progressive Care Unit) plays a vital role in providing specialized nursing care to patients who require close monitoring and treatment in a progressive care setting. This unit sits between the intensive care unit (ICU) and the general medicalsurgical floors serving patients with complex conditions who need a higher level of care than regularly offered on a standard floor but do not require intensive care. RNs in this position will manage a wide range of patient needs ensuring safety implementing care plans and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Available Shifts:

Nights (Rotating Weekends) (7p7a) *More Openings for Nights *Higher Need

Days (Rotating Weekends) (7A7p)

Required Qualifications

Current RN license for the state of Florida.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or an Associates degree with clinical experience.
Minimum of 1 years of acute care nursing experience preferably in a PCU or ICU setting.
