Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences
• Providing hair cutting styling and coloring services
• Advising clients on hair care and maintenance
• Keeping workstations clean and organized
• Staying updated on industry trends and techniques
• Offering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships
• Managing appointment bookings and schedules
• Promoting and selling salon products
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth salon operations
• Adhering to health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a hairstyling or cosmetology program
• Valid state hairstylist/cosmetology license
• Demonstrated experience in hair cutting styling and coloring
• Excellent knowledge of hair care products and treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
